The mail is having an awful trouble with the material they use for the express shipping, which is the one I normally use because it takes 15-20 business days and it comes with tracking number. So meanwhile...
The free shipping I'm offering is slower (though they say it's the same thing but without traking number) They have never lost any of my packages, but it can be very slow specially if you live in Europe or Australia. So it'd take 15 - 30 business days depending on where you live.
